Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for our Basketball Tournament! We aim to provide a great experience, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the following refund policy for our event:

1. Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to the tournament date.

• No Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or less before the tournament will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Event Cancellation

• In the rare event that the tournament is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, force majeure, etc.), participants will be entitled to a full refund.

3. Transfer Policy

• We allow team/player transfers up to the day of the tournament. Please contact us directly to request a transfer. A transfer fee may apply.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration. Processing time may take up to 14 business days.

5. No Refund for "No Shows"

• Participants who fail to attend the tournament without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
