Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for our Basketball Tournament! We aim to provide a great experience, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the following refund policy for our event:
1. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to the tournament date.

No Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or less before the tournament will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Event Cancellation

In the rare event that the tournament is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, force majeure, etc.), participants will be entitled to a full refund.
3. Transfer Policy

We allow team/player transfers up to the day of the tournament. Please contact us directly to request a transfer. A transfer fee may apply.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration. Processing time may take up to 14 business days.

5. No Refund for "No Shows"

Participants who fail to attend the tournament without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
